Position: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing – Home & Outdoor
Location: New York, NY - Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)
Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Any updates to this model will be communicated in advance. Please note that hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations.
What you will be doing:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing overall day-to-day support of the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for the brand. This role will execute and track digital and retail marketing campaigns, partnerships, content and manage the marketing calendar of activity and marketing budget for OXO. This role will be working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Creative as well as external partners.
Supports marketing campaign management across various channels, such as digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
Aids in the coordination and delivery of physical and digital assets from the creative team to media agency, retailer, partner, etc.
Audits for eCommerce and partner campaigns to ensure CLPs, PDPs, Banners, Emails, Social Posts and copy are as briefed and delivered.
Responsible for tracking reported performance of select ad campaigns and ensuring that all performance data is warehoused.
Schedules internal and external marketing campaign meetings as needed.
Digital content support including social media, influencer, blog, and partnership.
Develop influencer outreach list and assist with influencer mailings including the ordering, collation and mailing of product as well as the production of any collateral.
Track receipt of all packages and monitor social media tools for posts/mentions.
Work with social media managers to track campaign performance.
Maintain and track the OXO Marketing budget.
Coordinate new vendor setup.
Receive vendor invoices, create, and raise POs.
Improve and maintain billing tracking and budgeting processes; attend monthly finance meetings to report on budget shifts and updates.
Work closely with other marketing team members on tracking budget forecasts vs. actuals and issuing accruals as needed.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Technical Background.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with quantitative analysis and insights- financial, marketing data/analytical statistics for consumer insights.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, office environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver multiple projects concurrently under time of constraints.
Naturally collaborative and energized by cross-functional teamwork.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
2+ years of CPG experience.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing, digital, or sales experience.
Knowledge and passion for home and food trends.
In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $62,067 - $68,500 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
