What You’ll Do

You'll be part of client teams from day one, working on campaigns for some of the world's most exciting brands and organizations. You'll take ownership of real projects and collaborate with experienced consultants to bring ideas to life.

Work with clients

• Support account teams across local and international clients.

• Spot what's happening in the news and social conversations, turning insights into opportunities.

• Help develop media strategies, press materials and compelling story angles.

• Research brands, industries, culture and emerging trends to fuel creative thinking

Create great work

• Write and adapt content for media, social and digital channels.

• Support product launches, influencer campaigns and events from idea to execution.

• Brainstorm fresh concepts and bring new ideas to the table. We love people who ask "what if?"

Put AI to work

AI isn't a buzzword here. It's part of how we work.

• Experiment with AI tools to speed up research, uncover insights and generate creative ideas.

• Learn how to use AI responsibly for content creation, media analysis and campaign planning.

• Help us test new tools and smarter ways of working in communications.

What You'll Learn

Who You Are

You don't need to know everything yet. We're looking for people who are curious, proactive and excited to learn.

You:

• Are currently studying Communications, Marketing or a related HBO/WO programme.

• Speak and write fluent Dutch and English.

• Love following the news, social media and what's happening in culture.

• Enjoy writing and have an eye for detail.

• Take initiative and aren't afraid to share your ideas.

• Can juggle different projects and stay organised.

• Are curious about AI and excited to explore how new technologies are changing communications.
