Reporting to the Manager Sales Enablement & Practice Management, as part of Empower’s Core Practice Management Team, the Sales Enablement Platform Manager partners with sales and service leaders across all markets, to identify and develop sales and relationship management skills, resources, client retention strategies within Empower used to enhance the sales enablement platform user experience. Utilizes tools and technologies to implements strategies that help create a more effective and efficient sales, service and marketing environment., Works with vendors and internal resources to implement technology and tool enhancements
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Partner with sales, service and marketing to customize and simplify the content user experience
• Implement current and future road map of tools within the platform environment.
• Implement solutions that leverage platform Content Management System and platform capabilities.
• Maintains the integrity of the enablement platform,
• Understand business and content-related problems to identify and present solutions.
• Create and deliver various reports to show usage, compliance and focus areas.
• Contribute to content management strategy
• Stay relevant with sales enablement tool capabilities and technology
• Onboarding of new users. • Maintain governance among publishers.
• May take on special projects for the department as assigned by Management.
• Work across segments to help identify and implement efficiencies.
• Works closely with management to promote the Empower sales culture and company values.
EDUCATION
• Business or Marketing Degree preferred or relevant years of experience
QUALIFICATIONS
• Financial industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of Seismic sales enablement system or similar enablement platform..
• 1-3 years’ experience supporting a sales enable system to meet end user requirements.
• Ability to understand existing content structure and use-cases.
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
• Experience with organization methodologies for large volumes of content including folder architectures and metadata.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong project management, customer service, and client relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.) is require
