Manager, Digital Programs is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives that support business growth in the China market. This role provides structure, governance, and delivery excellence for cross-functional programs spanning retail, eCommerce, supply chain, and corporate functions.
Manager, Digital Programs ensures alignment between global initiatives and China-specific priorities, driving outcomes that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
The ideal candidate has strong project/program management skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead without direct authority across diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Program Management
· Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key programs in China.
· Ensure programs are aligned with global strategy and local business needs.
· Stakeholder Collaboration
· Partner closely with China business leadership, global IT, and external vendors.
· Manage communication and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.
· Risk & Issue Management
· Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early; implement mitigation plans.
· Escalate issues with transparency and propose solutions.
· Financial & Resource Management
· Track program budgets and resources.
· Optimize allocation of project teams and vendor support.
· Change Management & Adoption
· Support business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
· Deliver training, communications, and change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
· Performance Tracking
· Define and monitor KPIs for program success.
· Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership.
