Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting end-to-end product management for Cash Management Products under Global Payments Solutions in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities include supporting product launch commercialization, proactive and ongoing tracking and managing product revenues and P&L, participating in product development and launch of new products and functionalities, working with multiple partners like operations, technology, compliance, legal etc on ongoing product management matters and supporting in all product risk management routines. Job expectations also include assisting in solution opportunities for strategic clients in Global Payments Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the identification and creation of plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
- Supports the development of the product strategy to drive products in cash management and provide comprehensive solutions across the bank, while communicating with Sales Officers to address pricing questions and/or issues from the Sales team
- Understands product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teams
- Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
- Reviews and prices products and services in partnership with Product managers, analyzing the profitability of the client and/or specific services, and recommending solutions to clients
- Collaborates with internal technology subject matter experts and researches product-related trends in order to provide an integrated and automated client experience
- Support all product risk management routines and discipline including ensuring compliance of the products (both existing and new products) with the applicable Local Rules and Regulations.
