- Location: Spain, Barcelona
- Target start date: 01/10/2026
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As Project Specialist in Public Procurement, Tender Management & Trade Effectiveness VIE within our Public Procurement & Tender Management team, you will contribute to planning, executing, and monitoring strategic tender projects — with a secondary focus on supporting Trade Effectiveness – Tender Capabilities initiatives to elevate capabilities across Sanofi's global tender teams.

Main responsibilities:
- Tender Strategic Monitoring: Contribute to Tender Strategic Monitoring and cockpit creation across countries/regions, and strategic areas definition for new product launches to maximize tender impact and success.
- Support Strategic Procurement Initiatives: Coordinate CSR data collection, assist in strategic procurement initiatives (best practices, business cases, steering committees), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out procurement plans and external partnerships.
- GenAI and Digital Tools Implementation: Assist in GenAI and Digital Tools Implementation to streamline tender processes.
- Tender Simulation & Experiential Learning: Design and animate tender games and role-play scenarios to sharpen team capabilities.
- Community of Practice: Develop and coordinate a global community of tender practitioners to foster peer learning and best practice sharing.
- Capability Development Roadmap: Support skills-oriented capability gap analyses and contribute to actionable development roadmaps for tender teams.
About you
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role.
Soft and technical skills:
- Strong interest in strategic planning, innovation, and public procurement.
- Finance and data acumen.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Proactive, curious, creative, and autonomous.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
Education:
- Degree in business, management, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
