We are seeking an innovative, self-motivated, focused individual to join our growing team!!
Hours: (M-TH) 8am-5pm and (F) 8am-3pm
Location: Onsite in Greenwood, IN
Mid America Health (MAH) continues to grow and expand and is looking to add a strong, motivated Benefits/HRIS Administrator to its team. This position will administer the benefits program companywide utilizing PayCom benefit management software and provide HRIS assistance with PayCom HR software.
This will be a full-time onsite position located in our Greenwood, IN office. This position will work Monday through Friday, (M-TH) 8am-5pm and (F) 8am-3pm. MAH offers competitive wages and full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, health savings account, and flex spending. Compensation for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience. This is an onsite position scheduled Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Benefit and HRIS duties
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to multitask
- Paycom or other HRIS software experience
