Summary of Job Duties:

Provides administration, support, and coordination for University websites, web-based applications, learning management systems, meeting room technologies, academic technology platforms, and emerging technology initiatives. Responsibilities include administration and maintenance of learning management systems and related technologies; management of website and digital learning platforms; troubleshooting and resolution of classroom and academic technology issues; administration of digital badging, micro-credentialing, and workforce credentialing solutions; coordination of learning analytics and student success technologies; evaluation, implementation, and integration of academic technology systems; and development and delivery of training programs related to artificial intelligence (AI), digital accessibility, online learning, collaboration tools, and other technologies that support teaching, learning, student success, institutional effectiveness, and academic innovation.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Computer Information Systems, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience providing technology support, training, website administration, educational technology support, or related services.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with learning management systems, websites, web applications, instructional technologies, or collaboration platforms.
  • Experience delivering technology training or professional development.
  • Experience in higher education, K–12, training, communications, or technology support environments.
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility, artificial intelligence (AI), learning analytics, digital badging, micro-credentialing, or other emerging educational technologies.
