Description

Responsibilities

Understanding adversary capabilities often begins with what they leave behind — and exploiting that knowledge requires a specialist who can bridge intelligence, acquisition, and analytical tradecraft. Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist (IMS) specializing in Foreign Materiel Acquisition and Exploitation to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD, providing full-range intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across the command's Foreign Materiel mission.

In this role, you'll support all Foreign Materiel acquisition, exploitation, and programs while contributing to the development of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise for Cyber (DIE-C) — helping shape the intelligence support framework that synchronizes J2 efforts at the strategic, operational, and tactical level. You'll work with ambiguous information, deconstruct complex key questions, develop data schemas, and support visualization of applicable data to drive analytic strategies that resolve mission-critical DIE requirements.

This is a senior-level role for a professional who combines hands-on Foreign Materiel experience with strong intelligence management skills and the analytical depth to support long-term enterprise growth strategy in a dynamic command environment. CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required as mission dictates.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities
  • Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting information
  • Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support management of the program and associated activities
  • Support all Foreign Materiel acquisition, exploitation, and programs
  • Support development of analytic strategies to resolve Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) key intelligence mission-driven requirements, ensuring efforts remain synchronized
  • Work with ambiguous information; deconstruct key questions, suggest methodologies, develop data schemas to structure observations, and support visualization of applicable data
  • Provide support in development of the intelligence support framework for DIE-C, including activities to shape and promote J2 synchronization and integration at the strategic, operational, and tactical level
  • Plan, guide, coordinate, and support execution of the long-term growth strategy for the DIE-C
  • Identify, coordinate, and deconflict processes to support the maturation of the DIE-C at the strategic, operational, and tactical level
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinate with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and build read-ahead books and materials for official functions and meetings
  • Document Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned
