As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and engage prospective merchants, generate qualified sales opportunities, and fuel our sales pipeline.

What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective SME merchants through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting across industries such as F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare, Services, and more.
- Understand merchants' business operations, challenges, and payment needs.
- Introduce EPOS' POS systems, payment solutions, and value-added services to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on predefined sales criteria and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the Merchant Acquisition team.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and account-based initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience selling POS systems, fintech, SaaS, payment solutions, or merchant services.
- Experience engaging SME business owners and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of digital payments, QR payments, card acquiring, or merchant acquiring.
- Ability to speak additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) to better engage a diverse merchant base.
