Location: Southern California + San Diego County (Onsite — LOCAL ONLY)

Compensation: $85,000 - $140,000 per annum + Bonus & Commission

About the Role:

Daniel Tire Company is seeking experienced Regional Commercial Tire Sales Managers to manage and grow commercial tire sales across Southern California and San Diego County.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow commercial tire sales across Southern California and

San Diego County territory

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and fleet clients

- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends

- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of commercial tire or automotive aftermarket sales

experience required

- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development

- Strong knowledge of tire brands, specifications, and commercial applications

- Local to Southern California or San Diego County — no relocation considered under any circumstances
