Legal Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Contract & NDA Support: Draft, review and maintain contracts, legal documents and NDAs to support business execution while protecting the company’s interests;
Business Legal Advisory: Provide practical, risk-balanced legal advice on day-to-day China business matters, independently or under senior counsel supervision;
Governance & Process Control: Manage company chop, online approval flow, corporate records, registrations, shareholder and board resolutions to ensure compliance and business continuity;
Compliance & Ethics: Support compliance infrastructure, policy implementation and related trainings to strengthen compliance awareness and reduce business conduct risks;
Dispute & Investigation Support: Coordinate with outside counsels on disputes, litigation and arbitration; support internal investigations and document preservation;
Legal Research & Translation: Conduct legal research and provide business-oriented translation to support decision-making and cross-border communication;
Department Operations: Support Law Department administration, knowledge management and other ad hoc priorities.

Education, Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in an MNC legal department or international law firm;
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English;
PRC Bar Examination qualification is plus; and
cCompliance experience isare preferred.
