The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. There are multiple open positions. Candidates may be hired at one of the following levels depending on experience, qualifications, and business need:
Automotive Technician I
Hourly Pay Range: 100% Geo: $20.10 - $30.10 per hour
Automotive Technician Level 2
Hourly Pay Range: 100% Geo: $22.02 – $33.08 per hour
Senior Automotive Technician
Hourly Pay Range: 100% Geo: $26.73 - 40.10 per hour

Roles - Specific Requirements
Automotive Technician Level I - $1,500 Bonus for New Hire
You’ll perform light- duty work as an intermediate-level auto tech. You’ll improve your skills in a supportive environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1 or more years of related work experience.
The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required
Preferred:
A high school diploma or GED
Current ASE Certifications: G1, A4, A5 status when required by leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
Perform auto maintenance tech duties, including oil and filter changes, transmission flush, spark plugs, and vehicle inspections. Perform battery testing, maintenance, and replacement,and testing of charging electrical systems.
Perform various repairs including tires, safety inspections, and interior/exterior components.
Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering and suspension systems.
Perform an evacuation and recharge on the AC system.
Perform maintenance on equipment.
Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment
Complies with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
Automotive Technician Level 2 - $1,500 Bonus for New Hires
Summary: You’ll get your hands dirty serving as a mid-level auto tech performing medium-duty work.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
Preferred
A high school diploma or GED.
Current ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 when required by leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Providing highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
Performing diagnostics which may include brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability and complete repairs.
Performing advanced diagnostics, which may include charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems and complete repairs.
Completing mechanical inspection including required measurements, which may include interior/exterior components, engine and drive line components, under hood inspection and document deficiencies.
Complying with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash.
May be required to perform OEM recalls.
Senior Automotive Technician - $1,500 Bonus for New Hires
Summary: As a master-level auto tech, you’ll perform heavy duty work and the duties of a level 1 and 2 auto tech. Other responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications:
Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
5+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
Preferred:
A high school diploma or GED
Current ASE Certifications: A1-9, (L1 in emission states) when required by leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Working independently or in a team environment.
Performing advanced diagnostics.
Clutch and transmission replacement.
Identifying required parts and partner with our parts & procurement teams to acquire necessary parts, supplies and materials.
Alerting team lead and/or management about difficult issues, patterns and trends.
May upfit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
May be required to perform OEM recalls.
