We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Peripheral Vascular team.
Reporting to the Sr. Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing products within the Peripheral Vascular (PH) business area mainly in Seoul, will involve occasional outstation support as needed. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

• Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.

• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.

• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree and 4+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years’ experience

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented 

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languages

• Computer and MS Office proficient

• Active driver’s license

• Industry experience including previous experience in surgical assistance is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)

• Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus
