# About the job

This position is needed to build extraordinary tools and solutions for our rapidly growing Global Partnerships team in conjunction with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. The Partner Support team is essential for the success and scalability of our partner and indirect sales channels. We are the drivers of the system, process, and data improvements that unlock new possibilities across our Sales, Channel Marketing, and Strategy organizations.

This Product Owner, PRM will work to design, manage, and build scalable solutions, specifically for how we manage, enable, and co-sell with our global partner ecosystem. This is a great role for an experienced Product Owner who is looking to partner with our global stakeholders, leadership, and builders to execute a roadmap that operationalizes highly-visible channel goals alongside critical Keep the Lights On (KTLO) work. This includes optimizing our Impartner platform, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, and maximizing partner portal engagement.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex, high-stakes data and process problems, is naturally curious, and is always looking for ways to standardize and simplify while remaining inclusive of cultural or international differences.

## Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Be the Platform Expert: Act as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our Impartner PRM platform, defining and getting alignment on partner portal workflows, deal registration policies, and lead distribution procedures.
  • Bridge Business & Tech: Serve as the strategic liaison between the Partner teams and technical teams, ensuring all business requirements are fully documented, articulate the "what" and "why," and are clearly understood by platform developers.
  • Map & Optimize Processes: Analyze and document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows to identify gaps, friction points for partners, and automation opportunities that can be converted into technical requirements.
  • Maintain Ecosystem Compatibility: Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce and Impartner sync logic, user personas, and data flows to ensure portal configurations do not break upstream or downstream GTM systems.
  • Collaborate on Architecture: Partner closely with solution architects and development teams to design clean, scalable integrations between Salesforce.com, Impartner, and adjacent marketing automation or ERP technologies.
  • Drive End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with end-users, technical squads, and change enablement teams from initial discovery through requirements gathering, build, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
  • Own the PRM Roadmap: Maintain a quarterly operational roadmap of enhancements for the partner experience, targeting increased channel efficiency, accurate pipeline reporting, and readiness for scale.
  • Measure What Matters: Set and track critical metrics for all initiatives. You know that a project doesn't end when a feature drops into production, but rather when partner adoption spikes and measurable operational targets are hit.

## Qualifications

Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We value diverse experiences, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering this role. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

### Required:

  • Mandatory Impartner Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience configuring, managing, or owning the Impartner PRM platform (including experience with modules like Deal Registration, Partner Analytics, or Locator). Impartner Certified Administrator is preferred
  • Core Salesforce Experience: 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com (CRM), with a deep understanding of standard objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities) and how they sync with external PRM tools.
  • Product Ownership / BA Background: 6-8 years of product ownership, product management, or business analysis experience in an agile environment.
  • Process Mapping: Demonstrated ability to document complex workflows and perform clear to-be gap analyses.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of creating alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Execution: Success in running project timelines, managing backlogs, communicating across business units, and driving quick, definitive decisions.

Desired:

  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Agile Frameworks: Experience working within an Agile methodology (Scaled Agile / SAFe is a big plus).
  • M&A Integration: Experience consolidating disparate partner portals or CRM systems resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
  • Other Systems: experience with Cloud Coach and Professional Services workflow is a plus
  • Global Collaboration: Experience working alongside a global GTM or Channel Operations team, navigating international localization or currency requirements.
  • Tool Fluency: Familiarity with backlog management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence and Airtable.
