Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking design concepts and transforming them into tangible prototype solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires balancing the creative aspects of design with practical considerations of technical feasibility. The work focuses on developing innovative software engineering solutions that optimize how users interact with products, ensuring that ideas are quickly and effectively brought to life through prototypes. Collaboration and iterative refinement are key elements throughout the day to achieve seamless and engaging user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of prototype solutions that align with user needs and technical constraints.
- Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive user interfaces.
- Experience in usability testing and user research methodologies to validate design decisions.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform iterative design improvements.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles to understand technical feasibility and constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
