Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Senior electrical engineer in the Atlanta GA area
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our most ambitious projects. You won’t just design systems; you will orchestrate complex electrical solutions from concept to implementation, ensuring every detail aligns with client goals and industry benchmarks. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on high-level technical leadership, mentorship, and the opportunity to occasionally transition into Project Management.
Core Responsibilities

Technical Stewardship: Lead the electrical design for large-scale projects, providing high-level oversight while maintaining efficiency in Revit-integrated workflows.

Quality & Compliance: Approve complex designs, simulations, and calculations. You will serve as the final word on QA/QC, ensuring all outputs meet rigorous industry standards.

Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive workplans and adapt strategies to scope changes. You’ll be responsible for keeping delivery on schedule and within budget.

Construction Administration: Resolve critical field issues through targeted site visits and provide sophisticated responses to complex RFIs.

Mentorship: Cultivate the next generation of engineers by providing technical guidance, reviewing work, and fostering a culture of best practices.

Client Advisory: Serve as a senior technical resource in meetings, translating complex electrical concepts into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and an active PE is a plus

Industry Expertise: 5+ years of progressive experience within the AEC industry, with a strong preference for healthcare-sector expertise.

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in engineering software platforms and a deep understanding of evolving industry codes.

Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing staff development.

Communication: Exceptional technical writing skills and the ability to present confidently in high-stakes client environments.
