Technical Spares PLM Director (E6)

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account Process Engineering, Sales, and FSO to review viability and value of tier 1 customer requests for spares CIPs.
• Translate the customer’s technical HVP related to part performance and define specifications and test plans to the AGS support functions. Opportunities will involve all of the following: repair, advanced clean, sensors, self diagnostics, advanced surface materials, relaxation of non-value add tolerances/specs
• Generate internal documentation for alternate part solutions: internal business cases, sales collateral for internal customers (business unit product managers, AGS sales and field engineers)
• Support account team in developing qual plans and data packages with customer, lab tools, and EPIC center
• Recommends to GM how to most effectively deploy resources to achieve spares business goals for Applied Services.

• Comfortable in managing stress of external customer deadlines and internal customers with competing objectives

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (engineering, physics, chemistry)
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and leading node fab requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin and English speaker
• Extensive experience with semi tools and processes related to PVD, Dielectric deposition or Etch
