Overview
As a Public Procurement Analyst, you'll analyze and oversee administrative contracts, ensuring contractual execution transparency and legal compliance while defending the company's interests. Your responsibilities include using expertise in Administrative and Public Law to analyze contractual execution, representing the company before public agencies, preparing legal petitions and documents related to bids and contracts, and maintaining contact with public agencies. The role requires a Law degree with active OAB registration, expertise in Administrative and Public Law, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and attention to detail. Previous experience in bids and additional specialization in bidding and contracts are preferred.

Como Analista de Licitações seu objetivo será atuar na análise e fiscalização de contratos administrativos, exigindo transparência de execução contratual e garantindo a conformidade legal e a defesa dos interesses da empresa. Você será responsável pela elaboração de documentos pertinentes e representação da empresa sempre que necessário perante os Órgãos.

- Utilizar seu conhecimento em Direito Administrativo e Público para analisar a execução contratual;
- Representar a empresa sempre que necessário;
- Elaborar petições e documentos legais relacionados às licitações e contratos;
- Contatar e interagir com órgãos públicos sempre que necessário.
✅ Requisitos:
- Graduação em Direito com OAB ativa;
- Expertise em Direito Administrativo e Direito Público;
- Excelentes habilidade de comunicação e negociação;
- Capacidade de análise crítica e atenção aos detalhes.
