Overview
As a Material Handler at O'Neal Steel's Grand Prairie facility, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading materials within the warehouse using various handling equipment. Your duties include operating forklifts, overhead cranes, stacker cranes, and other material handling equipment, using hand tools like grinders and drills, accurately reading tape measures, and providing high-quality work to internal and external customers. The position requires working second shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) Monday through Friday with potential overtime. Must pass criminal background check and drug test upon offer. The role involves physical demands including frequent reaching, manual dexterity, continuous standing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
