Overview
Serve guests food and drinks during events over multiple courses. Set up and break down banquet functions including tablecloths, dishes, and silverware. Check china, glassware, silverware, and linen items needed for events. Ensure food is served at appropriate temperature and properly placed. Handle equipment properly and store after use. Assist guests professionally and courteously with highest quality customer service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
