This role involves organizing and ensuring smooth construction workflows, leading skilled workers and coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, deadlines, and work safety. You'll support site management in implementing plans and specifications while controlling executed work and documenting construction progress. Candidates should have completed construction trade training (ideally with advancement to foreman or master), several years of construction site experience, craftsmanship skills, assertiveness, and team spirit. ## Ihre Aufgaben
- Organisation und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs
- Führung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter und Koordination der Nachunternehmer
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
- Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Umsetzung von Plänen und Vorgaben
- Kontrolle der ausgeführten Leistungen und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
## Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bauhandwerk, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Meister
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf Baustellen und fundiertes Fachwissen im Hochbau
- Handwerkliches Können, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
- Führerschein der Klasse B
