Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a CT Technologist in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a 199-bed acute care teaching hospital within the Lifepoint Health network
• Perform CT imaging procedures supporting diagnostic and treatment decisions
• Utilize advanced imaging technology while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team
• Educate patients, administer contrast when appropriate, and ensure exceptional image quality standards

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $47,570-$61,443 annually
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments

SCHEDULE
• Full-time position
• On-call responsibilities required
• Must be available to report within 30 minutes when scheduled for call

ROLE
• Review patient histories and physician orders
• Educate patients regarding CT procedures and imaging exams
• Administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice when ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Perform CT imaging procedures and maintain image quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete quality control procedures
• Analyze imaging results and repeat studies when necessary to ensure diagnostic quality
• Enter, transmit, and report scan results accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences REQUIRED
• ARRT Radiography certification REQUIRED
• ARRT CT certification OR CT-eligible status REQUIRED
• New Mexico Radiography License REQUIRED
• New Mexico CT License or CT Provisional License REQUIRED
• BLS certification REQUIRED
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and report within 30 minutes REQUIRED
