Strategic Account Manager

Join Team Global Express as a Strategic Account Manager, Partners, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening relationships with one of our most valued partners. This hybrid role combines leadership of key strategic accounts with the pursuit of new tier-one business opportunities across multiple industries.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide solutions that enhance customer loyalty, expand our footprint, and achieve financial objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow strategic partner accounts, building strong executive-level relationships

• Develop and execute customer growth strategies and improvement plans

• Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions across all transport modes

• Drive sustainable revenue growth and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce

• Champion seamless service delivery and resolve escalations promptly

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing complex B2B solutions and large accounts

• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to exceed sales targets

• Expertise in account planning, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement

• Knowledge of industry trends, digital solutions, and enterprise systems
