What you'll do

You will lead end-to-end supply planning, distribution management, and distributor network strategy for assigned markets. Act as a senior strategic partner to Commercial and Finance leadership, shaping go-to-market effectiveness and driving outcomes across revenue delivery, cost-to-serve, and working capital. Accountable for integrating supply, distribution, and business strategy to ensure optimal market execution and performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning and distribution performance, ensuring reliable supply, service excellence, and alignment with commercial priorities.

• Lead S&OP / IBP alignment, driving trade-off decisions across service, cost, and inventory with direct linkage to financial outcomes.

• Define and lead distributor strategy, including network design, partner selection, performance governance, and ongoing optimization.

• Accountable for distributor performance across service levels, compliance, cost efficiency, and operational execution.

• Drive improvements in cost-to-serve, channel effectiveness, and supply chain efficiency in alignment with go-to-market strategy.

• Lead distribution operations excellence across order management, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring robust performance management and governance.

• Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial and Finance leadership, providing actionable insights on supply, distribution, and financial implications.

• Lead resolution of complex, business-critical supply and distribution risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

• Influence cross-functional senior stakeholders to align priorities, trade-offs, and execution decisions.

• Deliver data-driven insights and performance reporting to support executive decision-making.

Essential for the role

• Extensive experience in supply planning, distribution, and supply chain operations with demonstrated progression in scope and accountability.

• Proven track record of strategic business partnering with Commercial and Finance leadership.

• Strong expertise in distributor models, third-party logistics, and network strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional decision-making and influence at senior levels.

• Strong analytical capability linking operational drivers to financial performance.
