Partner with the best

The Cost Engineer/Estimator will drive cost accuracy and cost competitiveness. You will work with the product team to prepare cost models for a global portfolio of pursuits and enable the bid to execute transition for our projects. The position offers a fantastic pathway into more senior and wider positions within the business.

As the Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Elaborating the cost estimates to ensure costs are in line with project requirements.

• Providing elaboration reports and analysis to support the decision process.

• Identifying and challenging efficiency improvements and cost out opportunities.

• Developing methods and tools to help our engineers design to cost.

• Conducting benchmarking studies and promoting cost standardization.

• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and costing processes.

• Developing training for employees related to the costing process.

Fuel your passion

 To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university

• Have good working experience in Engineering Projects, Project Management and Cost estimation process

• Have experience in Advanced Excel and Power Bi

• Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.

• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others.

• Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment

• Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.

• Have a permanent work permit in UK
