Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community is hiring a Full-Time Night LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing setting. This overnight role offers consistency, competitive pay, and a mission-driven culture.

- Competitive Pay: $30.23–$31.75/hour + shift differentials
- Sign-On Incentive: Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Bonus is subject to a 12-month employment commitment and paid according to the organization's sign-on incentive program guidelines.

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents, supporting their overall well-being
- Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and contribute to individualized care planning
- Ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families to foster a respectful, supportive environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois LPN license
- Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
