What You Will Do:

• Create visually compelling client presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and meeting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Develop and format professional documents, reports, and templates in Microsoft Word.

• Collaborate with business teams, consultants, and stakeholders to understand presentation requirements and messaging.

• Ensure brand consistency, formatting standards, and visual quality across all deliverables.

• Convert raw content, data, and ideas into structured and impactful presentations.

• Use modern productivity and design technologies, including AI-assisted tools, collaboration platforms, and digital content solutions.

• Support creation of charts, infographics, icons, and visual elements for executive communication.

• Edit, proofread, and refine content for grammar, clarity, and professionalism.

• Manage multiple assignments with quick turnaround timelines.

• Stay updated on the latest presentation design trends, business communication standards, and emerging technologies

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Business administration, Marketing, Media studies, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related fields

• Must have 1–3 years of experience in Presentation creation, Business content development, corporate communications, Marketing content support and Proposal or report formatting

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)

• Knowledge of tools like:

  o   Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools

  o   AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or presentation automation platforms

  o   Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace, etc.

• Strong presentation formatting and layout design skills

• Understanding of typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong attention to detail

• Creative thinking and storytelling ability

• Time management and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and within teams

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Additional certifications in presentation design, digital content creation, graphic design, or Microsoft Office tools are an advantage

• Experience creating decks for client presentations, leadership meetings, or external stakeholders

• Portfolio showcasing professional presentation designs and document samples

• Familiarity with corporate consulting or professional services environments is a plus

• Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies for content productivity and design enhancement
