The City of Pearsall is currently accepting Applications for the following position:
Job title: Water/Wastewater Maintenance Worker
Department: Public Works – Water Dept.

Type Job: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Salary: $15.30 / per hr. start pay
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Monday – Friday) (Subject to Dept. Head's discretion - hours may vary)

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining facilities, grounds, tools, equipment, and machinery associated with a wastewater treatment plant or system operations and lift station.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education/Training: Equivalent to the completion of high school or GED.
- Experience: One (1) year experience tools, equipment and machinery, and related facilities is desirable.
- Must have a valid Class "C" Driver's License
- Must be able to work outside of regular business hours as needed
