Overview
Maintenance Laborers maintain facility grounds and surrounding areas including shop cleaning, oil spill cleanup, parts pick-up, and general housekeeping. The role involves operating various hand-held tools and equipment, maintaining assigned equipment in safe condition, pressure-washing surfaces, performing minor repairs, and transporting supplies. Responsibilities also include assisting with general housekeeping of maintenance shops and offices, preparing containers, and interacting professionally with customers. Previous experience with hand tools and equipment is preferred, as well as CDL driving experience. The position requires frequent lifting of up to 100 lbs and continuous outdoor work in varying conditions.
