Overview
As an Accounting Analyst focused on Process & Policy, you will support a range of high-impact accounting and operational initiatives across Welltower's growing portfolio. Responsibilities include supporting system conversions with focus on financial data, preparing and reviewing data mappings, performing quality control procedures over financial data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience working with Accounting, Investments, IT, Treasury, and Operations teams on meaningful, enterprise-wide projects. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field and up to 10% travel.
