ENVOY, CONCIERGE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Customer Care & Experience Concierge assists in the day-to-day activities at the Main Entrance of the lobby and other designated area at discretion of the Management. Arrange assistance such as wheelchairs, as a porter for patients as and when needed. Supports patient engagement by providing courteous guidance, personalized assistance, and ensuring a compassionate, smooth experience throughout the patient’s healthcare journey.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible in attending to customers at Main Entrance of the lobby. Must have pleasant and positive approach. Courteous, caring, friendly and reliable.
• Greet and direct customers to their respective destination.
• To be point of contact for KcSH’s corporate clients, to their respective destination.
• To be centre point for Indonesia Customers.
• Attend to foreigners (non-Malaysians) who need treatment at KcSH and seeking information and assistance on accommodation and transportation arrangements, and accompanying to the airport, if required.
• Responsible in attending to VIPs and alert the management on any unexpected arrival of VIPs to our premises.
• Knowledgeable and well versed in KcSH surrounding and its activities.
• Provide information on Doctor’s names and their specialties, locations of consultant suites, all departments, personnel/staff in KcSH.
• Perform other duties delegated by HOS or Management.
• To establish close and harmonious working relationship within and with other Department.
• Familiar with the patient and family rights policy.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education :

• SPM or equivalent

Knowledge and Experiences:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in hospitality environment is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the hospital positively in public settings are important.

Special skills required :

• The role requires unique skill such as the ability to handle difficult situation and quick decision making.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and the ability to convey complex information in a clear, empathetic manner is necessary.
