This role is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue, margin growth, and market expansion across industrial fluid conveyance products, including hose, fittings, assemblies, and related components. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement to strengthen key accounts, develop sales talent, and ensure alignment between sales execution, customer expectations, and operational performance.
You will play a critical role in expanding market share, strengthening distributor and end-user relationships, and ensuring disciplined execution across sales processes and profitability targets.
