This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining smooth inventory flow across production, warehousing, and distribution.What You’ll DoCoordinate purchase orders and production timelines with domestic and international vendorsTrack inventory levels and help maintain accurate demand and supply forecastsMonitor inbound shipments, lead times, and delivery schedulesPartner with logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure on-time product availabilityAssist with vendor communication, cost tracking, and documentationSupport data accuracy across ERP and inventory management systemsHelp identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce riskWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics (consumer goods or apparel preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear communicator who works well cross-functionallyInterest in product, manufacturing, and operational strategyWhy Join Hedley & BennettWork with a purpose-driven, design-forward brandCollaborate with passionate teams across product, operations, and logisticsOpportunity to grow and make a real impact on how products are made and delivered
