The Role:
Backcountry is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search channels across our multi-brand portfolio. This person will own the strategy, optimization, and reporting of our paid search programs to maximize profitable revenue at or above target ROAS thresholds. You will focus on disciplined testing, smart automation, and granular optimization to ensure every dollar of spend drives incremental, measurable value.
This is a highly collaborative execution role with significant impact on revenue, profitability, and new customer acquisition efficiency.
This position will report into the Sr. Director Performance Marketing
