You will be responsible for ensuring precision and quality in the production process, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:- Fabricate and assemble components using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of components- Ensure the quality and precision of each weld and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner- Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot any issues in the production process- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment- Maintain proper documentation and reports of work completed- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification in welding is preferred- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures- Strong communication and teamwork skills At Keya Fusion Technology, we value our employees and strive to provide a positive and inclusive work environment.
