As a successful candidate, you will be expected to provide strategy, direction, and leadership as we steer the company into the next phase of growth. Your ultimate mission is to take Publika Agency to the next level, inspiring our marketing team and streamlining our processes for optimal client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement, with a strong focus on developing a culture geared towards performance and the achievement of business objectives. Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the company's overall strategy and mission. Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders. Analyze tricky situations and occurrences in order to provide solutions that achieve company goals and objectives. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positions in the marketing field. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision." Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles." Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. " In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices."
