JOB SUMMARY:

Coffee:

-Be the first friendly face our guests see when ordering their coffee in the morning!

-Operate our UNIC Mira espresso machine and prepare coffee and tea beverages with care.

-Educate customers about our drinks menu, make recommendations based on their preferences, and up-sell special items.

Creativity:

• Do you love to experiment and create special drinks? You will have the freedom to develop seasonal recipes.
• Propose breakfast and lunch food items that complement our beverage offerings.  

Customer Service:

• Be the barista with a devoted following!
• Provide outstanding customer care by taking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and building relationships with our guests.
• Collaborate with other Lincoln team members to create an enjoyable lobby experience. 

Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards for coffee quality, presentation, and taste.
• Ensure food items meet freshness and taste expectations. 

Brand Growth:

• Be open to learning and evolving with the cafe.

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required Experience: Previous experience as a barista, preferably in a coffee bar, cafe, or restaurant setting.
• Passion: Genuine love for coffee and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Creativity: Ability to develop unique drink recipes and propose food items that align with our brand.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

We ask that you have flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed. The cafe opens at 7am and closes at 1pm on weekdays, 2pm on weekends. Shifts require 1/2 hour open and close tasks before the cafe opens and after it closes.You must be able to lift 75lbs, twist, turn and stand for long periods of time.
