Description
As Lodge Supervisor, you will help ensure the College remains a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, Fellows, staff, conference delegates and visitors. You will deputise for the Lodge Manager when required, provide day-to-day supervision of Lodge operations, and contribute to the smooth and professional running of the College.
Main purposes of job is to:
- Provide a front-of-house administration, safety and security service for Jesus College
- Act as department liaison in the absence of the Lodge Manager, ensuring shift cover, attending meetings and day-to-day supervision of the lodge operation.
- To be ‘on call’ on occasions throughout the academic year, at times to be mutually agreed with the Lodge Manager.
- To support the Lodge Manager to ensure a continuously safe and secure environment - highlighting any potential risk and impact on the College to the Lodge Manager.
- In the absence of the Lodge Manager, to ensure a continuous, safe, and secure environment, highlighting any potential risk or impact on the college or Lodge Manager.
