Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience by consistently executing recipes and presentation standards. ServSafe preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including kitchen equipment and tools.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and plated with attention to detail.
- Assist with receiving and storing inventory
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively with the team
- Adapt to changing menu items and kitchen demands as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
