Senior HR Support with German

For our client an international company located in Warsaw currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Senior HR Support Specialist with German

 

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing support with professionalism and clarity while contributing to a smooth employee experience.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance system usage, including supporting purchase order management and vendor interactions.

• Assist in preparing documents and communications in German related to employee assignments and mobility cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

• Collaborate across teams to analyse trends, share best practices, and drive initiatives that improve overall HR services.

Your profile:

• Solid understanding of HR operations and experience with ticketing or service request systems.

• Fluent in English and German (C1 or above).

• Strong service orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a multicultural setting.

• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

• Interest in vendor collaboration and process improvement.

• Bonus: experience with process optimization methodologies (Lean, Agile, Scrum).
