Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll lead a team of clinicans, and together you and your team will use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover.

Compensation & Bonus Structure 

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors) 
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations!

Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome 
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs 
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members 
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications 

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program 
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure 
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association 

Compensation & Bonus Structure 

• Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
