Overview
As a Content Solutions Consultant at Docebo, you'll partner with presales and CX teams to advise prospects and customers on their learning content strategy. Your primary responsibilities include conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, organizational goals, and LMS/eLearning technology maturity levels. You'll identify appropriate off-the-shelf content solutions, demonstrate Docebo's Content Marketplace, and develop customized proposals with content recommendations. The role requires becoming Docebo's resident expert on eLearning content and industry trends, attending conferences, and working with partnerships to identify quality vendors. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients while contributing to Docebo's overarching content strategy. The position requires 3+ years of consulting/solution selling experience, preferably in L&D, SaaS, or LMS environments, with familiarity with content creation tools like Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate.
