Overview
As a Maintenance Associate, you'll maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and team members at Morningstar storage facilities. Your responsibilities include landscaping, cleaning, trash removal, restrooms maintenance, and performing routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor roofing. You'll need past maintenance/janitorial experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
