Overview

Join a team that helps people better understand their benefits. As a Translation Associate, you will translate, adapt, and refine content so employees can make informed decisions about their benefits. Your work will directly improve clarity, accessibility, and the overall employee experience.

How you'll make an impact

  • Translate benefits guides, written materials, and video scripts across multiple languages (e.g., English–Spanish–English, French–Spanish–French). Ensure final content is clear, easy to understand, and aligned with client communication guidelines.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy while preserving the technical meaning and context of benefits content.
  • Review spelling, grammar, terminology, and overall consistency of translated materials.
  • Maintain consistent formatting across all language versions (structure, style, tables, headers, disclaimers, etc.).
  • Use advanced translation tools to create initial drafts and refine them for technical and contextual precision.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks to meet service levels and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify risks to deadlines and communicate solutions to leadership.

About you

  • At least 2 years of experience translating content between languages (for example, English–Spanish–English or French–Spanish–French).
  • Advanced English proficiency. Additional languages such as French or Portuguese are a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and consistency.
  • Comfortable using translation tools and reviewing automated outputs.
  • Experience managing tasks, deadlines, and shared inboxes or workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is required.
  • Interest or experience in benefits, insurance, or related industries is helpful, but not required.

Note: This is a temporary opportunity with defined project timelines.
