As a Sustainability Consultant at BranchPattern, you'll develop sustainability project goals and strategies while monitoring key indicators like energy usage and waste generation. You'll support materials teams by reviewing drawings for quantity estimations, create architectural specs for sustainability thresholds, and develop embodied carbon simulations. The role involves performing life cycle assessments using Athena, EC3 and Cove Tool, analyzing energy modeling reports, and creating Whole Building Life Cycle Reports for LEED and WELL projects. You'll also conduct solar assessments and evaluate Environmental Product Declaration data internationally. This position allows for remote work from anywhere within the U.S.
