RN House Supervisor - FT Days (7am - 7:30pm)
Salary $133,500 - $154,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Position Summary
Administers, directs and supervises the clinical care being provided by the nursing staff, which includes all Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, and Unit Secretaries. Serves as a resource and consultant for the clinical nursing care being rendered for the hospital. Provides and oversees nursing care, safety, and quality while maintaining hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintains approved standards of patient care, by collaborating with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. Assists with disciplinary issues, staff mentoring and performance appraisals. Provides oversight for the hospital in collaboration with and in the absence of the CNO. Effectively communicates on multiple levels.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Valid State RN License is required.
- BLS and ACLS are required at hire.
Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:
- Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
- Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
- BSN is preferred.
