Overview
The Youth Engagement Specialist works under the supervision of the Program Manager to coordinate daily activities at Chloe House, a pre and post-transitional care facility for adolescent girls. Responsibilities include providing on-site supervision, crisis intervention, counseling services, and facilitating life skills groups. The position requires maintaining professional boundaries while engaging with youth in a variety of activities from breakfast through bedtime. This is a part-time weekend position (Saturday and Sunday 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM EST).
