Overview
As a Security Team Leader at Securitas, you will be the on-site contact for clients and employees. Your responsibilities include onboarding new staff, conducting and documenting training sessions, ensuring operational guidelines are followed, operating and monitoring building and security technology, supporting updates to procedures, managing quality assurance, handling documentation and reporting, personnel planning, and regular reporting to supervisors. This is a full-time position with shift work requirements.
