About The Opportunity
Ensure all mold and tooling preparation, design and repairs are promptly addressed to maintain a continuous operation and to conform to all tooling and product specifications.Why ORBIS?

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Interpret blueprints and tool drawings/designs and implement engineering changes on molds and tools.
· Troubleshoot, solve and perform mold and tooling repairs and retrofit work.
· Repair hot runners systems, valve operated gating systems, water leaks, damages, etc.
· Perform mold repair and troubleshooting activities in the press during production runs.
· Perform regular mold preventive maintenance activities.
· Understanding of insert and version changes on molds.
· Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required.
· Knowledge of hand tool use and care.
Work Experience:
· 1 year of continuous employment
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Blueprint reading
· Electrical troubleshooting

3/2/2 5AM-5PM
